Digital Delivery Policy

Instant Fulfillment

Upon successful verification of payment, the purchased font software will be made available for immediate download via the RahulType web portal.

Download Access & Continuity

  1. Automated Redirection: Customers will be automatically redirected to a secure download link post-purchase.
  2. Account Access: Purchased assets remain accessible via the ‘My Orders’ section of the user’s account for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  3. Manual Provisioning: In the event of a technical failure during the download process, customers may contact support for manual delivery via email.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Finality of Sale

Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital software, all sales are final. Fonts once purchased or downloaded cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.

Technical Remediation

  • Defective Files: If a technical defect is identified, RahulType will provide updated or corrected files, provided the issue is reported within seven (7) days of the original purchase.

Order Discrepancies: Any discrepancies regarding the delivery of incorrect files must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the transaction for immediate resolution.
